Kat Falcone

Instructor Bio

Kat Falcone is a vocal coach, singer, and multi-instrumentalist based in Boise, Idaho, with over 10 years of experience in the music industry guiding singers toward vocal freedom, confidence, and artistic expression.
Born and raised in Spain, Kat began her musical journey studying classical piano, violin, and percussion, later adding guitar to her repertoire as a self taught musician. Her early training, paired with a deep love for Mötley Crüe, Evanescence and Wayne’s World, gives her coaching a unique blend of technical depth and creative flair.

Kat holds a First-Class Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Popular Music Vocal Performance from Liverpool John Moore’s University, and her work is deeply rooted in vocal methodologies such as Jo Estill’s Voice Craft and the Complete Vocal Technique. She has also studied singing from a theatre actor’s perspective at the Superior School of Dramatic Arts in Asturias, Spain, which informs her holistic and expressive approach to performance coaching. Whether working with beginners or seasoned vocalists, Kat’s mission is to help singers find their voice, both literally and emotionally. Her sessions often incorporate principles of mindfulness to support breath control, reduce anxiety, and build a strong, grounded foundation for performance. Kat has performed across genres including jazz, pop, rock, and musical theatre.

She's been a session musician for theatrical showcases and currently fronts the Boise-based glam rock band The Mall Goth Moths as lead vocalist and guitarist. She loves helping others prepare for studio recordings, auditions, karaoke nights, and everything in between.

Currently pursuing her Estill Figure Proficiency (EFP) Certification, Kat continues to evolve her teaching through research, creativity, and a passion for helping others express themselves through music.
